To stay successful, businesses need to attract, retain and develop their employees – which is a quite difficult challenge. This training will give you insights in how to work strategically and methodically with employer branding. You will learn how to create your employee journey mapping, how you can identify your critical target groups on the talent market and how to create an engagement plan.
To secure that you attract the right talent, retain and develop existing employees, you need to work as professionally with your employer brand as with your corporate brand. Attracting the right talent is crucial for your business to reach their goals and their vision. It is equally important to engage and develop your existing employees.

Together with the external communication and image, they create the employer brand. Your degree of success depends on the employees’ perception of his/her entire employee life cycle – from the first meeting, through recruitment and introduction to exit talk.
