You will learn how to create your employee journey mapping, how you can identify your critical target groups on the talent market and how to create an engagement plan.

To secure that you attract the right talent, retain and develop existing employees, you need to work as professionally with your employer brand as with your corporate brand. Attracting the right talent is crucial for your business to reach their goals and their vision. It is equally important to engage and develop your existing employees.

One of the corner stones in being an attractive employer is engaged and proud employees. They are natural ambassadors. Together with the external communication and image, they create the employer brand. Your degree of success depends on the employees’ perception of his/her entire employee life cycle – from the first meeting, through recruitment and introduction to exit talk. In other words – the entire employee journey.

  • How to create your employee experience journey to develop and retain your potential employees
  • How to follow up and measure your employee experience journey

As a participant you will acquire:

  • Knowledge and inspiration in how to work strategically and tactically with your employer brand
